The main goal of the project is to learn about new methods of working with adults, to involve people from various social, professional and age groups, including people with fewer opportunities who are at risk of social exclusion. The project will also contribute to raising the awareness of the importance of sustainable development by the teaching and non-teaching staff of the SMART Foundation, and to promoting and implementing pro-ecological activities.
Project goals:
- increasing the competences of the SMART Foundation’s teaching staff in the field of conducting classes with adults
- increasing the language competences of both teaching and non-teaching staff
- expanding the educational offer for adult learners and targeting it to disadvantaged groups and people with fewer opportunities
- gaining experience in the field of applying actions influencing sustainable development in the current work
- building a cooperation network of international institutions operating in the adult education sector
- improving the system of promoting the activities of the Foundation
- building a strong organization focused on the adult education sector
