The project will also contribute to raising the awareness of the importance of sustainable development by the teaching and non-teaching staff of the SMART Foundation, and to promoting and implementing pro-ecological activities.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project goals:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>increasing the competences of the SMART Foundation&#8217;s teaching staff in the field of conducting classes with adults<\/li>\n<li>increasing the language competences of both teaching and non-teaching staff<\/li>\n<li>expanding the educational offer for adult learners and targeting it to disadvantaged groups and people with fewer opportunities<\/li>\n<li>gaining experience in the field of applying actions influencing sustainable development in the current work<\/li>\n<li>building a cooperation network of international institutions operating in the adult education sector<\/li>\n<li>improving the system of promoting the activities of the Foundation<\/li>\n<li>building a strong organization focused on the adult education sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;40px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text] Project \u201eNever too late to learn&#8221;
